For Sale - Unique Mechanical Horse:   Fancy a Mechanical Horse? Short of space? John Wakefield kindly provided the following link to a vehicle which might be of interest. Built by renowned vehicle builder Sandy Fraser on a Reliant Robin chassis, this interesting vehicle is now for sale and can be seen here - Flickr Webpage   Unfortunately the vehicle has been out of use and in storage for some time and does require restoring to it's former glory, but John also sent a photo of his own showing the vehicle in it's current condition which can be seen here

Website: The Shows and Events page now includes a report by Graham Parks and Helen Kemp following their recent visit to the Bentley Miniature Railway in one of three Scarabs attending a special event.

Website: A new 'Photo of the Month' page has been added to the website - this will feature a selection of both archive and contemporary photos and will be updated on a monthly basis.

Dartford Scarab Project: All progress reports are now included on the page dedicated to this fascinating vehicle - this can be accessed via a link on the 'Projects' page.

Website: The website has undergone an overhaul recently, we're still in the process of improving it and hope to add some new features soon including a photo gallery.

The website has recently received an interesting email from Ken Johnson who is a 3 wheeler enthusiast living in Ontario,Canada. Ken's main interest is restoring Piaggio and Vespa vehicles (and very nice they are too!), however he has also built an excellent website which includes a huge gallery of photos of all kinds of 3 wheeled vehicles from around the world and this can be seen here . Two areas of particular interest are the section on the Piaggio Pentaro (articulated version) and some images of Australian variants of the Scammell Mechanical Horse, an example of which can be seen in this photo .
